

Satisfaction Guarantee​
​If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Goods returned must be in 'as sold' condition.

Once we receive your returned items and have deemed them to be in 'as sold' condition a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued.

Please Note
1 . Refunds will not be issued if the cables are damaged, modified or tampered with in any way.
2. "Custom-Made" or "Made to Order" cables will not be subject to the Satisfaction Guarantee and cannot be returned.
​3. Freight expenses of any type that are incurred to return the purchased items, are not refundable.​​
​How to return an item
​Please contact us to let us know that you are returning a product with the reason that you are returning. We can provide you with the address details. Generally, Australia Post will be the best way to return a product using one of their Sachets.
